Enrollment for the new online school has expanded to include 9th and 10th grade students. Families of incoming ninth and tenth grade students can access the enrollment application and more information on the LWSD Online School website. Enrollment is open from March 12 to April 16.

| National PTA launched a webpage at PTA.org/MentalHealth with resources to empower PTAs to help families learn about mental health and some of the most pressing issues and approaches as well as tools to help families cope. The webpage also features recordings of two webinars our association hosted in fall 2020 on understanding and advocating for mental health. | RMS Students Can Learn to Code for Free (Repeat) | Steel City Codes is offering a chapter for Redmond Middle School students where students will have the opportunity to learn how to code in Java from qualified Tesla STEM High School student volunteers who all have an extensive background in AP Computer Science and competitive coding. There is no doubt that programming is an invaluable skill today, as nearly 2/3rds of projected new jobs in STEM are computing-related. No prior programming experience is needed and students will have the opportunity to learn and challenge themselves, regardless of their experience. Classes will be held weekly on Zoom from 4:00-5:00 PM on Wednesdays and will be offered completely cost-free.
