RMS PTSA Awarded National Grant!

Redmond Middle PTSA became a recipient of the National PTA's COVID Relief Funding! Only 14% of the applicants received the grant, as many PTSAs across the nation sought extra funding to help support the students and communities they serve during this unprecedented, challenging time.

With the grant, RMS PTSA team will be planning for and hosting a few fun and meaningful activities this fall to re-energize the sense of RMS community and rekindle the Grizzly sprit - even if remotely!
Check out our Mask Design Contest! Please look out for more information in future Bear Tracks newsletters and on our website. As always, volunteers make everything possible, including Family and Community Engagement (F.A.C.E) programs such as Parent Education and Advocacy. Please sign up via the website or contact face@rmsptsa.org.

Access the PTSA Welcome Packet Online!

Due to COVID-19 and remote-learning, the annual Griz Biz or other meet and greets cannot take place. While we won't be able to meet you in person, PTSA wants you to know that we are still here and want you to join us in our mission! Our "Welcome Packet" is online this year at http://rmsptsa.org/packet/join and it is filled with the same important forms and information as before. We encourage you to just take a peek and think about becoming a member, volunteering or donating. Contact communications@rmsptsa.org if you have any questions.
Why should you become a member?
The number one reason to join the PTSA is to benefit your child. By becoming a member, you support the PTSA progams that benefit your child and other students. In doing so, you also help your school. But there are many more advantages. Here are just a few: get connected, discover great resources, tap into a network of other parents and educators, speak up and make your voice heard, witness improvement and positive changes, and be a role model.
