RMS Club Teams will soon be available for students. These Teams will be a place for students to engage in school appropriate social interactions under the guidance of a faculty adviser. Clubs will meet before or after school depending on the schedule set by the adviser. School-sponsored clubs adhere to all online behavior expectations as outlined in the District AUP and RMS student handbook. For a listing of available clubs and information on how students can join, please review the last article in the latest Grizzly Gram.(ASB stands for Associated Student Body, a student group that represents RMS Students. To find out the difference between PTSA & ASB, view this brief explanation on the PTSA website.) | Donuts with Dana, Oct. 27 (Repeat) | RMS PTSA presents "Donuts with Dana", a monthly, 30-minute meeting with Principal Dana Greenberg, occurring on the last Tuesday of the month. Join us for the first one this year on Tuesday, October 27 at 9:00 AM virtually on Microsoft Teams. Parents can chat with the principal, and other parents about various school topics from the leisure of your own home. Bring your own donuts!

The PTSA, in its quest to become sustainable and remote-learning friendly, is continuing the practice of making the student directory available online for FREE to all of our members. To provide more security, the online directory is only accessible through your online PTSA account. Printed directories are also available to our members for $3. Order by Friday, October 30, 11:59 PM.
All RMS PTSA members were sent an email on Friday, October 23 with instructions on how to access the online student directory and order a printed directory. If you are a PTSA Member and did not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folders. If you need to have this email resent or have questions, please contact studentdirectory@rmsptsa.org. | Science Team Has Open Spots | We are forming a new team for the Science Olympiad! Science Team registration is open again, for one last time, to handle the overwhelming requests we received after the registration deadline. It is now FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, as we only have 8 spots available! This is your last chance to register for the year 2020-21. Scholarships are available. | The RMS and Horace Mann PTSAs have teamed up to offer some exciting online enrichment for students, including a Harvest Puzzle Hunt! Search for clues to solve the puzzle and win a prize! All the clues are hidden in the Afterschool Enrichment Team on Microsoft Teams.
To be added to the Afterschool Enrichment Team, you need to first sign the Code of Conduct.
Your first clue has 2 Steps: You'll find Step 2 below: | When you put Step 1 and 2 together, it will lead you to the beginning of the puzzle hunt which is somewhere in the Gameroom Channel. (Repeat) | After a successful bee last year, RMS PTSA will be hosting a school spelling bee this year as well. Given the circumstances this year, we will conduct the bee online! Enrollment is open, register now! Registration is $15, and scholarships are available. Registration Closes: Wednesday, November 25, 11:59 PM.
